Donna Teitelman, President

I make it easy for leaders to tell their story. My experience allows me to extract the data I need to promote you and express your success powerfully for positioning.

I am happy to be settling into my professional sweet spot by focusing my attention on executive writing. The in-depth interactions I’ve had with leaders as their coach has enabled me to design the perfect consulting relationship. I assess, design, write and deliver with great respect for who I’m representing. My clients want to be interviewed and then presented with a draft. I call this getting off the blank page. I generally surprise people with what I create. It is fresh, on-point and because the outcome is based on an executive coaching conversation, it is at that next level of thinking in which true potential can be expressed.

I began my career with 15 years in Fortune 100 and took full advantage of growth opportunities to progress through the ranks into a leadership position. Utilizing the tuition reimbursement program, I earned an undergraduate degree and an MBA at night. My specialty in facilitation/training and performance management was refined by a certification from The Proudfoot Crosby Quality College. Always interested in the development of others, I designed and delivered seminars in goal setting, career management and networking. I was invited to join the re-engineering group to put continuous improvement, strategy and process management in action for teams and individuals nationally.

The education that inspired my move to become an independent consultant was the Curriculum for Living with Landmark Education Corporation and The Executive Challenge Course with GAP International. The classic tools I learned in these coaching-based programs combined with my technical skill in organizational development enabled me to contribute over the next decade as a strategic coach to business owners and corporate executives. I also served the community for five years as the first and second-year president and contributor to the WRBC, Women’s Regional Business Council. I live and work in Bucks County, PA where my family actively participates in community service and athletics. Local clients are always welcome in my office and I also work well virtually.
